At Aspiga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 28 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
